Grady’s Cox Institute for Journalism, Innovation, Management and Leadership in partnership with the Terry College of Business Entrepreneurship Program hosted the Entrepreneurial Journalism Symposium on October 21 – 22, 2015.
Seventeen industry professionals visited the University to share advice, personal anecdotes and first-hand knowledge about startup media companies through presentations and panels held in Grady’s Studio 100.
The symposium also included a reception to honor the launch of NewsON, a new Atlanta-based company that aggregates local television news as a streaming service. At the reception, and throughout the symposium, students were provided networking opportunities.
